6 MONTH PROGRAM
Lifestyle changes take time and that's why I recommend a 6 month program. This is not a quick fix, 21-day, BOOM you're fixed program. Over the course of 6 months we will work together on your specific goals, whatever they may be! Isn't it time to invest in yourself? As your personal Health Coach, I will be there to support, encourage and hold you accountable.

Decipher your body’s unique needs
Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

Two 50-minute sessions per month (12 total sessions) in person, phone or Zoom - whatever is most convenient and comfortable for you.
Email/text support between sessions
Simple healthy recipes
Handouts specific to your needs and goals

3 MONTH PROGRAM
Not ready to commit to a 6 month program? I get it. If you’d like to dip your toes in the water and make sure this is a good fit, then this is for you! This program includes all of the same features but includes two 50-minute sessions per month (6 total sessions). And if you decide you want to continue for another 3 months, we can do that!

If you’ve already completed a program with me and need a little maintenance here and there, I’ve got you covered with individual 50-minute sessions whenever you need them!
